General Community Questions

We are a pet friendly community and offer 2 enclosed pet parks, indoor pet wash station and off-site walking tail with pond view.

We offer studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments featuring luxury finishes, smart-home features, and open-concept layouts.

Encore Motif is a luxury apartment community located at 23233 Western Centre Dr Katy, Texas in the greater West Houston/Katy area right of 2 major highways (99 and i10). It lies near the highly sought-after Cinco Ranch master-planned community and borders the developing Grand Crossing district.

Encore Motif is a artfully designed mid-rise community with blended modern architect. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the details that make Encore Motif feel more like an art gallery than an ordinary Katy, TX apartment — vibrant spaces, unexpected touches, and an atmosphere of creativity and comfort.
Furnished homes aren't offered at this time, which means your space is a blank canvas, ready for you to make it your own from day one.

Leasing and Application Process

Visit the property website or give the leasing office a call at 832-872-2980 to set up your own personalized tour experience. Our team enjoys in-person tours so that you can get a feel for the community, explore the floor plans, and imagine yourself coming home to Encore Motif every day.

We require all applicants over the age of 18 to have a valid state ID or passport and valid proof of income. All applicants are subject to screening for background, rental and credit check.

Applicants are required to make 2.5 times the market rent for income requirements. Credit is based off debt to income ratio and rent to income ratio.

You can apply online or in person with our helpful leasing team!

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents. It's a straightforward way to protect your belongings and gives you peace of mind from the moment you move in.

The application process can take anywhere from 48 to 72 business hours after all required documents are received.

Yes, we offer anywhere from a 6 month lease option to 15 month lease term.

Yes, all applicants are subject to screening for background, rental and credit check.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

Our studios and 1-bedrooms require a $250.00 refundable security deposit and 2-bedroom require a $350.00 refundable security deposit. Refunds are based on the move out condition of your apartment home.
Utilities are included in your Total Monthly Leasing Price, which is genuinely great perk! It simplifies your monthly budget and means fewer bills to keep track of. The leasing team can explain exactly what's covered when you come in for your next tour!

Resident are responsible for setting up your own electricity and cable services.

Apartment rent is due on the 1st of every month and is considered late after the 4th. We allow residents to submit payments online using the LOFT living resident portal app or physical Cashier's Check from your bank.

Move-In, Lease Terms

We offer anywhere from a 6 month lease term to a 15 month lease term depending on your needs.

At the time of collecting keys to your new home, all future residents are required to bring valid proof of ID, proof of electricity and renter's insurance, move in payment and electronically signed lease agreement. We understand that moving can be stressful and some items tend to be forgotten which is why our team creates a customized welcome letter that is sent to your email at the time of your application approval so that you can use this as a move in check list and have a smooth transition into Encore Motif.

Our community does not offer sub-letting however resident's are more than welcomed to transfer to another apartment home to accommodate any changes needed for their new lifestyle.
We require residents to provide a written 60-day notice to vacate prior to their lease expiration date. We completely understand that live happens and may require you to move out prior to your lease expiration which is why our community offers a Early Termination Agreement to get you out of your lease in good standing. Ask one of our team members for more information about this option.

Yes, the clubroom can be reserved by all residents and would require a $250.00 non-refundable reservation fee and $300.00 refundable clubroom deposit.
Yes, we offer resident Wi-Fi in all amenity areas expect pet parks and pet spa.
No, we do not offer guest suites at this time.

Yes, our community provides first come first serve open parking availability for residents and guests. Residents also have the option to reserve a enclosed garage for $150.00 per month or covered carport for $45.00 per month.

No; we currently do not offer EV chargers at this time however our team is always looking to make improvements to the community!
Yes, our community has a onsite exterior bike rack for additional storage.
Our community offers Luxerone package lockers to ensure secure delivery of your personal package. All delivery drivers are given a specific code to access the lockers and automatically sends a code via text message and email to your phone for a safe retrieval.

Yes, our community offers a variety of month resident events extending from food trucks, summer pool party, paint and sip night, sushi night and much more. Follow us on Instagram at Encore Motif to see all of our exciting events and when the next one will be!

Guests

We do not offer guest suites at this time.
Yes, we do offer guest parking inside our community.
Residents allow guest access by using the Brivo app on their phones to remotely open specific doors and gates from anywhere even overseas!

Pets

Absolutely! Your furry family members are welcomed here. The following fees include a refundable pet deposit, a one time pet fee, and monthly pet rent. Yes, we have a limit of 2 pet per apartment home.
Of course! Service and ESA animals are welcomed at our community as long as they are approved through our Pet Screening process and have valid supporting documents to show their status is current.
Only service and ESA animals are allowed in the amenity areas. All other pets are allowed in designated pet areas within the community.
Yes, we do required a refundable pet deposit, a one time pet fee, and monthly pet rent. Service and ESA are not required to pay any fees associated with registering your pet.

Residents have the access to pay rent conveniently online using the Loft Living Resident Portal.
Resident's can renew their lease by visiting us in person at the leasing office to go over amazing renewal rates and possible specials or by emailing our team!
Residents have a variety of ways to submit service requests that include using the Loft Living Resident Portal, in-person at leasing office, over the phone or through email.
Yes, our community uses the LOFT Living resident portal to provide community updates, advertise community events, pay rent, and resident have the access to post items or services they are selling!
Yes, our community participates in Community Rewards that allows residents to get points by writing reviews, posting pictures, providing feedback and turning those points in gifts cards and much more!
No, we no not offer services for remote workers at this time.
